Mission
AVA's mission is to build a bridge between Moldovan women and Ukrainian refugee women in Moldova, bringing them together in an innovative and safe digital community.
In the ever-expanding age of technology and interconnection, AVA's primary goal is to provide women with:
- Tools and resources, that they need to grow their own business, to achieve financial independence and to have an impact on Moldova's economy. Through what mechanisms do we do this? Via events, courses, mentoring sessions, specialized resources, etc.
- The opportunity to develop their leadership skills - this is another our core value. In this respect, AVA has set for itself the goal of creating and strengthening a network of women leaders throughout Moldova, including the administrative-territorial units of the left bank of the Dniester, Gagauzia and the Centre.

Our vision is to become a central hub for women entrepreneurs and leaders in Moldova.
Through events, workshops, webinars and specialized resources, we will create an ecosystem of learning and collaboration, where every woman has the opportunity to gain new knowledge, develop her skills and expand her professional networks.

What do we offer?

Courses
We offer participants the opportunity to acquire essential knowledge and skills to help them manage their business effectively and become stronger and more confident leaders.
National Information Campaigns
We organize national information campaigns to raise awareness of important social and economic issues and to encourage positive change in communities and societies as a whole.
Life without violence
We organize interactive webinars, bringing experts and specialists from different fields. These sessions provide access to current and relevant information, helping women to develop skills and competencies.
Community Actions
Through hands-on workshops, women have the opportunity to practice their skills in a hands-on environment. They can learn and apply the acquired knowledge.
Events
Conducting lectures moderated by inspirational speakers, business networks and leaders. We invite successful trainers and leaders to share their insights, practical advice and opportunity for networking and interaction.
